Milk Presents - ‘We Too Shall See’ - sharing event documentation

I the midst of a heatwave I documented a sharing event performance of ‘We Too Shall See’ for the Old Diorama Arts Centre. ODAC supported the development of the project through providing the rehearsal space.

‘We Too Shall See’ is a collaborative project between UK-based queer theatre company Milk Presents and Egyptian artists, as part of a British Council / Arts Council funding project, New Conversations Egypt.

The project is a digital collaboration between Jo Tyabji, Milk's associate director, an Egyptian Film Maker Sami Yassin and choreographer Nagham Salah Othman. It’s exploring borders, international borders but also borders within ourselves and identity. With performance from Valerie Ebuwa.

The rooftop space provided by British Land PLC.

The articles below contain stills from the videos.

Christmas Allsorts - production trailer

I made a production trailer for the Queen’s Theatre’s ‘Christmas Allsorts’ variety show. For the first time ever the theatre wasn’t able to produce a pantomime however they managed to create this glamorous and funny 4 actors/musicians show. Unfortunately the production had a very short run due to the pandemic and Tier 4 restrictions introduced in London only two days after the opening night.
